The property, which is also known as Pie House, is currently on the market for just under $270,000 (£206,999).
Social media users were puzzled by the bizarre home due to it's small size and many couldn't understand how anyone would be able to live in it.
Responding to the video, one person said they found the house to be "deeply upsetting", another wrote: "That's not a house, that's a hallway."
A third added: "How does someone live there?"
After taking a look at the estate agent listing, it appears the property isn't quite as tiny as it initially seems.
It's called the 'Pie House', because like a slice of pie, it's smaller at one end and gradually gets wider towards the other side.
The property description reads: "You can now own Deerfield's famous Pie House!
"This iconic home is larger than appear, with over 1600 square feet of living space including the finished basement."
The property is also said to feature two bedrooms, with one located in the basement, as well as "two and a half bath".
He claimed the piece of land the home was built on was a "triangle lot" which the owner got cheaply, as no one else wanted it due to the awkward shape.
As a result, the Pie House was built to maximize the square footage of the lot.
