Following ‘The Lion King’, ‘Mulan’, and ‘Aladdin’, to name a few, Disney’s 1973 classic animated film ‘Robin Hood’ is the latest movie to get a live-action remake. This one, however, is going straight to Disney Plus.
The Walt Disney Company enacted another round of layoffs. Several dozen employees at the studio and at 20th Century Fox have been let go, according to insiders. The cuts bring the total number of film staffers laid off to roughly 250 people since Disney completed its $71.3 billion acquisition of much of 21st Century Fox.
