Six Iranian ministers and two lawmakers through a letter to the Attorney-General of Iran called for the Committee Charged with Determining Offensive Content (CCDOC) to consider reinstatement of using the social media network Twitter in Iran.
Regarding the enourmous demands by the media community in Iran and the youth activities in Twitter, eight members of CCDOC including the Education and the Communication and Information Technology Ministers signed the letter on Monday.
Twitter along with Facebook and Telegram are among the social networks which are currently banned to use by Iran's Judiciary.
