Iran conducts training courses in Baku

Concurrent with the start of the new academic year, Iran's cultural center in Baku, Azerbaijan began offering new training courses.

Courses in Persian language, computer, painting and tailoring training kicked off in Shahriar House of Culture with Asghar Farsi, Iran's cultural counselor in Azerbaijan, instructors and learners attending the opening ceremony, IRNA wrote.

In addition to visiting some of the classes, Farsi talked with a number of learners.

During a visit to the Persian Language and Literature classes, Farsi referred to the historical and cultural commonalities between the two countries, and said familiarity with Persian language is the key to understanding the treasure of Iranian literature.

Iran's cultural counselor also visited the computer, painting and tailoring classes to assess the quality of the classes.
