The business forum was attended by more than 200 participants from both sides, including heads of government bodies, enterprises and organizations, business associations as well as representatives of the private sector of the two countries.
Chairmen of the chambers of commerce, ambassadors of the two countries and representatives of the private sector made speeches at the opening of the event.
In his speech, Ambassador of Tajikistan to Iran Nizomiddin Zohidi drew the attention of the participants to the efforts of Tajikistan to protect the rights of investors and support entrepreneurs.
He also stressed the role of the chambers of commerce and industry in the development of trade and economic relations between the two countries.
In the meeting, it was discussed that the existing potential to increase trade between the two countries is not fully used and it is necessary to make maximum efforts to achieve the set goals.
At the end of the official part of the business forum, questions & answer session was held with the participation of heads of relevant structures and entrepreneurs of the two countries in the B2B format.
