Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian exchanged views with his counterparts from Qatar and the United Arab Emirates on issues of mutual interest, including major regional and international developments.
The Iranian top diplomat and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani of Qatar exchanged views during a meeting in Tehran on Thursday.
Referring to the latest developments in Afghanistan, Amir-Abdollahian blamed the United States for the sufferings of the people of Afghanistan, stressing the need to form an inclusive government in the war-torn eastern neighboring state of Iran.
“US is responsible for the sufferings of the people in Afghanistan and the country will only reach stability through formation of an inclusive government with the participation of all Afghan parties,” Amir-Abdollahian said according to the Persian Service of Tasnim News Agency.
