Winter Persian language course begins in Pakistan

Persian language winter course organized by the Cultural Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran kicked off virtually and physically in Pakistan’s eastern city of Lahore.

The course started with the support of Saadi Foundation as an aim to develop Persian language knowledge in Pakistan.

Participants of the course will learn Persian language through experienced professors and relying on the latest methods and educational resources of the foundation.

Forty participants will complete these courses by February 7, 2022, based on the educational method of the foundation and after taking 44 hours of classes and five workshops.

Director of the Cultural Center of the Islamic Republic of Iran, or Khana-e-Farhang in Pakistan’s Lahore, Jafar Ronas and representative of Saadi Foundation were also present on the occasion.

Ronas said the center will use all its capacities to help people learn Persian language in Pakistan.

He noted during this period, educational workshops will be held to increase speech skills, correct accents and get acquainted with Iranian culture.
