Iranian sculptor Qodratollah Aqeli will hold a solo exhibition at Tehran’s Etemad Gallery from August 12 to September 4.
The exhibition entitled ‘Alienation,’ which is the artist’s 28th solo exhibition, features 15 bronze sculptures made in the last three years, ILNA wrote.
Aqeli said that the sculptures in this collection are made based on classical structure of sculpture, and each one is a human torso, with some details on. Each of the sculptures in this collection is created in the dimensions of 90 by 50 by 30, and has three to five copies.
The artist has already participated in over 220 exhibitions and his works have been on display in Iran, the Netherlands, Morocco, the U.K., Italy, Qatar, Austria and the U.S.
