Iran’s giant South Pars Gas Field Phase 11 to produce 14 million cubic meters (mcm) per day by the end of the current Iranian year (March 20, 2023), announced an official with the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC).
The managing director of Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC), which is in charge of developing Iran’s giant South Pars Gas Field, said all the necessary measures have been taken for the preparation of the complex for sustained supply of gas during the winter.
Over 1.8 trillion cubic meters (tcm) of natural gas has been produced from the giant South Pars Gas Field in southern Iran since the beginning of the field’s development up to March 20, according to Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) which is in charge of developing the huge gas field.
Two liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) storage tanks of phases 22-24 of Iran’s South Pars Gas Field became operational and ready to store 80,000 cubic meters of gas, said the head of Iran’s Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC) on Saturday.
Iran’s Pars Oil and Gas Company (POGC), which is in charge of developing the country’s giant South Pars Gas Field in the Persian Gulf, has installed a second single-point-mooring (SPM) system at Site 2 of the field to facilitate gas condensate exports from the region.
